I don't know how bad cramps are, but man a hit in the nuts is bad. In high school I saw a guy get hit in the nuts really hard, and he puked. When I got a vascetomy, the boys were brusied(black and blue) for a week. It made it very difficult to lift things and walk up stairs.

it's apples and oranges really a period however uncomfortable it might be is not something you can compare to getting kicked in the nuts, it's the difference between getting a bloody nose because of it being to dry or something and getting a bloody nose because you got hit in the face, so more accurately you could compare the pain a male might feel if he got kicked in the nuts to the pain a woman might feel getting kicked in the crotch as far as the ammount of pain a female might have while having her period I don't know, and I don't ever want to find out, but I will be more than happy to go to the store and buy some mydol for you if you need me to

for most women gettin a period is not painful except for a bit of menstral cramps. i don't have nuts, but understand how painful it can be for a man. even dangerous. so.....i say that is worse. from my understanding, it can rupture if hard enough. have you ever seen a women grabbing herself rolling around on the ground, face all red, in sheer pain and agony and can't breath or talk. and is motionless for how long before being able to move being on her period? no. i never have, and if you say you have, your lieing. haha.

Well, I have been kicked in the testes and it HURTS causing a man to keel over. I have known of women keeling over with menstrual pain. One could only KNOW by experiencing the actual pain of BOTH genders and it is doubtful that anyone is qualified.
The only comparable severe pain is the passing of kidney stones--which is similar in both genders and which I understand is about equal to pain in childbirth.

Taking a hit in the nuggets IS painful. But you'll each never experience the other's malady so to speak. So why even compare?
