The black pop. of the US is less than 13% but the black pop. in prison is 70% plus of all inmates so what is going on

crime, the following fo the "black" culture as shown in thier music and art. A cutlure of believing ( lead by thier own black leadaers) that they are victims and that society owes them something. Lack of self respect and lack of respect for our system of government.

Poor education ini the public school system that has been infected with liberal teachings and ideas and teachers who merely pass students to get rid of problems and not to be accountable.

And in the end, poor judgements by those doing the crime ( mostly drug crime, or thefts to pay for those crimes)

When a 10 year olds hero in the "hood" is the local crack dealer because he has alot of "ho's" and a fancy ride, we have a problem in morals and values within a culture.

This is not really a race issue for those that have read this far, but a culture issue, it effects the poorer wihite, spanish and black, but the black culture has almost embellished this teachings and has set it as a goal.

We have pro sports like football where having at least one felony conviction is required to be a star in the sport, baseball where steroid (drug) use is not the disgrace it once was.

But in the end a person regardless of race is in prison because they made a poor choice, it is not a race or a groups problems, and need not be looked or considered, it is an indivdual problem each person makes his own choices to do or not do a crime

it's a systematic attempt to keep the brothas down. the prison industry is one of the most profitable industries in the country. people who own prisons (many are being privatized) make very large amounts of money off of cheap prison labor. it's basically a continuation of slavery- the other part of that statistic is that of the 70% of the black population in prisons- more than half of those people are in prison for non-violent, mostly drug related crimes.
