I've seen BIG, and that AIN'T it! 5'6" and 130 is NOT big. I'm 5'8" and 140. I wear size 10, and I'm 53 years old. And that isn't BIG, either. In case this helps.....Marilyn Monroe wore size 14!
Stay active (don't become a couch potato), stay happy, stay healthy and in shape. Keep your mental attitude good and you'll be great! Remember, if you like yourself it will show, and others will like you.
I don't know why your parents feel that way. You don't say how old you are, so it may be they are afraid you will get "bigger" as you get older. But if they (and you) are really worried about it, check with your family doctor.

UH, you ain't fat, what is with your parents, sounds like they are just trying to get you out of the house to me and being mean about it. That is a pretty skinny person in my opinion and by most others as well. Parents are up to something, are you lazy, maybe they are just trying to get you up and do something, they are going about it the wrong way. A diet is not the answer to any one. A healthy eating life style is the way to go. You pick a weight that you are comfortable at and stay at it, it is far easier to lose 5 lbs then 25 lbs. But right now you are NOT OVERWEIGHT! At 5'6 that weight doesnt sound Fat to me...You dont want to be rail thin ..Men like curves!
You need to Tell them That is a Dangerous Thing to say to a Teenagerr/Young women It can cause eating disorders...They may be worried that you arent getting enough excercise..Start a routine...Go for a brisk walk every day build up your time until your walking 45 minutes or so..You will tone up and it will give you energy..Make you feel better about yourself..Good Luck and dont Sweat it!

doesnt sound like he was calling u fat.. just making the comment that u watch too much tv... no biggy just get up and do some other things go for walks ride a bike hang with ur friends.. u can b thin and unhealthy and a couch potatoe...we all need exercise big or small .....and remeber the only one who wants a bone is a dog..not man!

Maybe you need do something other than watch tv all day so you don't get fat. I think that's what your brother's concern for you is.

130 is a good weight if you are 5'8" but your not big for your size, its just the idea weight for someone 2 " taller than you
