I've had several in the past.
Neat animals.
My adults used to love eating apple snails shell & all! Their jaws are strong enough to crush the hard snail shell.
Once one got out of his cage & I tried to capture him. He was very scared & bit me. I pulled my hand away quick so he only grazed me. But I found out their teeth are like razors!
