You can try a free program called AUDACITY, It can record anything that comes through your speakers or your mic. Its cool to play with

quickest and cheapest way, is to download audiocity, and then just get a 3.5 sound cable with the 3.5 jack on each end and conenct one on your sound out and the other on the line in on your sound card, if you havnt got line in then use your micraphone. then just open up audiocity and press record and voila.

if you dont want to use audio city, you can use windows sound recorder, but it can be a pain as it only dose 60 secs at at time you need to use cut an paste.

there are some software you can get to records live radio stations but i do think these cost money
