Only a doctor can give you a diagnosis.However, if your home kit was for a "UTI" then likely it could be.White cells are indicitive of an infection. Nitrates are protein wastes I think,just go get an antibiotic. You'll be ok.

Each of those tests have a user guide explaining the results. If you don't trust the test r your results are ambiguous, you must go to the clinic for a more accurate examination.
