I am 48 with two sons so now I wear my nails at a medium length usually with clear polish. When I was younger I wore them long with bright colors. I really don't like that look anymore. Short, well-groomed nails suit my lifestyle better now and I think look healthy, not trashy.

I just trimmed my nails short... Can't handle long nails since I have a habit of touching my face and I get scratches or little wounds...

They are natural, painted purple and black, and all long except for the middle finger on my left hand... I broke it, but it is starting to grow back. (I'm bored too)

Keep them short, well manicured, no polish, just buffed. Classic look is best, live on the beach, chips fast.
