Septicimia- blood poisoning. You have a water quality issue that is making your fish very sick. Do a 25% water change today and test the water. Do another 23% water change in 2 or 3 days. Test the water. Something is way out of control- probably ammonia.
Keep doing 25% water changes until your fish symptoms clear up. There is no need to buy medication simply improving water quality will clear this up quickly.
If your water parameters seem reasonable consider the decorations you have. Lots of rocks found outdoors can slowly leak copper into the water. This is a common cause of septicimia.Glazed pots and deco can have a similiar effect. Make sure everything is "aquarium safe".
Goldfish should be kept one fish per 10 gallons. If you have more then that then they are overcrowded. This is why your having water problems. You can do frequent water changes- every 4 days or so. This will keep the fish healthy but in healthy water they will continue to grow. Imagine the fish you have each 9" long in the tank you have now. You may want to get your fish a bigger home. 1 fish per 10 gallons. (this applies to goldies. the standard for tropical is 1" adult size = 1 gallon)

I'm not sure about the red streaks, but I used to own fish and they were affected by this bacteria that would form cysts on their skin that looked like small white bubbles. It's been a while and I can't tell from your description if it's the same thing, but they should sell something for it at your local petstore if it is.

It sounds like a bacterial infection that many fish get...make sure that you are doing 25% water changes as often as daily or up to every three days. Check with your local pet shop to see what medications you can use. Should you have one of your fish die, put it into a bag and take it into the store with you so they can see exactly what is occurring. Make sure you are also keeping the take clean by using a carbon filter (which may need to be removed when you are treating with certain kinds of medication). Good luck to you!

>>>>> OMG!!!!!!!!!! Red streaks and air bubbles?????? <<<<<
DO NOT SLEEP IN THE SAME HOUSE WITH THEM ANOTHER NIGHT without first putting a sturdy board across the top of their container and weighting it down with at least six cinder-blocks.
Your goldfish have contracted Black Lagoon Creature Crud and are now very likely to slip out of their container and come search you out while you are asleep and then do horrible indescribable things to you.
Just horrorable things!!
AWWWGHHH!!! AUUUGGGHHHH!!!!! AIIIIEEEEE!!! I cannot begin to tell you how repulsive their actions will become. AAAAWWWW!!!! It just grosses me out totally just to think about it. AAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWGGUUUEEEEEGG!!!!
So, anyhow, you could try giving your goldfish to your worst enemy and let all the bad stuff happen to them.
Hope I've helped out here.

I had fish years ago and the same thing happened. The pet store told me that it was most likely skin ulcers caused by stress. I have yet to figure out what was stressing the fish though. There are tablets for the water to treat available at most pet stores.
