if your Boyfriend is genuinely missing the local police where the brother lives would call to his house and inform him and pass your number on so he can contact you .
hope every things OK and he is safe and sound xxx
not everyone register their phone so it can be hard to find do you not have any other family members number or address and see if you can find a landline number.

As the previous answer said these numbers are not available, there are no cell phone number directories. If you fear that harm has come to your boyfriend then the police, with a warrant, can use the gps (global satellite positioning) feature on his phone to locate him.

To date, there is no mobile directory. Call the police in the town where your boyfriend's brother lives, tell them what's up and ask them to go to bf's brother's house and give him the message. Hope all goes well!

This must be a worrying time for you but I dont think there is anyway to find out moblie numbers. I have been looking for someone for while now and I have tried everything to find a moblie number with no luck. I think in your case it would be better for you to ask the police to find his number and inform his brother.

No you have to pay for it your phone provider should tell you after you dial the number whether you want to continue with call or finish it

u will not get those numbers since they are private, u would need to speak to the police etc even to get access to that list of numbers.
so i would give up on the idea.
