Just because I don't like killing, a little-known law still on Texas books: You can literally get away with murder if you can prove that they "just needed killing." I'm sure no one goes by it, but I know someone's gonna look it up as a defense. Aside from that... I actually find it kinda funny.
Edit: I just remembered a law from nearby:
Jackson, CA: You're not allowed to have a dance floor larger than a certain size, and because of this there are no dance clubs or nightclubs in Jackson. It's still being enforced!

A law from Alaska:It is illeagal to push a deer out of a moving plane.
Serving a deer with beer is considered a public offense.
Arizona:Camel hunting is illegal.
Chico, California:Detinating a nuclear device in the city is punished by a 500 dollar fine.
Chicago, Illinois:Fishing on a neck of a giraf is illegal.

In Michigan to go through an intersection you must stop your motorized conveyance, exit and fire a pistol three times into the air and then yell "Here I come!" Only been enforced once in my lifetime against a man who sued the police department.
That and any other law that hasn't been enforced in twenty years.

The law about "african americans" having to have their voting rights renewed. How nice of Bush to renew it...ha why is this even a choice? It shouldnt be even an issue in this day and age. Agree with the rape law post too :-). They are a lot good luck in your choice. good question

The law that says incest is NOT rape and is not punishable by the system. Yes there is a law like this - it is still active in MANY states including NY!

The one against growing hemp, which is sort of related to marijuana but you cant get high from it, but you can make paper from it and save the trees (Our US constitution is printed on hemp)
