It is hard to find a free web site these days that will not have some form of banner advertisement at the top, or pop up advertising, or requiring you to purchase a domain from them (which is what I have included below but I have personal experience with).
Here is one where you pay a set fee for your domain (which I highly suggest if you want to look more professional) Your hosting would be for 1 year. I think the fee is 25 dollars, break that down for 12 months it will be just over 2 dollars a month. If you have more questions just let me know.
