I cant say I really enjoy parties much. People get together, eat and drink too much, and act like fools. I never really feel good after eating or drinking too much. I dont enjoy watching people act out either. I dont enjoy how women size one another up, while pretending to be all that. I dont enjoy how the guys make moves on each others wives or gfs.
I had fun one time that I can remember. A bunch of us had a beach party, complete with bonfire, clam bake, etc. It turned out pretty good, actually, with none of the stuff I mentioned above.

Believe it or not, it was a Wake, after the funeral of the mother of my very best friend. The mourners/guests ranged in age from like 10 to 90 and the vibe was very positive. She was a beloved lady who loved a good party and everybody had a good time and had nice memories to share. Oh and the food was Excellent, always a good start for any party. She would have enjoyed that party a ton!
