hi there,
ive done a quick search and it came up with a few websites, the sam bond one is supposed to be good as i far as i know its a repatable one.
if anyone asks you for money to put a portfolio together from any agencys it's a con, they just don't ask you for money, but it might be worth getting a freind or photogher freind to do some shots of you so you have something to show them, but if you cant i doubt it would matter.
