thanks for telling your current handset & that you want a nokia. A bit more details about your requirements would have really helped.
The Nokia N91 is very good phone & has 4GB of inbuilt memory & that is huge when compared to any other phone. The Nokia N80 has a 3MP camera while the N91 has 2 MP. The price of both these phones are comparable. You can wait for the 5500 Sport model that also features interesting options & 6233.
The best options as a package remain the N91 & N 80
If you can go to Samsung, the SGH-X820 is just 6.9mm thin & its still easily usable. It packs hell lot features also only for Rs.15800/-

After personally watching the Performance of all Mobiles which is more or less within the Budget I would like to comment that there is no point in going for a Very Expensive Model since you will be realy bored with the Gimmick after a few years. So it is best to go for something which solves out the Best issues like the Main features
1)Battery Life(most important) 2)Colour 3)Sound Clarity 4)Connectivity 5)Durability 6)Camera ...
I will suggest you that considering all cases you leave out the option of Samsung & LG. The best option is to for Nokia 7610i which has a good quality 1.3 Mega Pixel camera. It's sound clarity is also very good. It has GPRS, Bluetooth,Infraded(both) and USB (taken for Granted). Another thing is the Display which I would like to say is really good. It's Nokia Battery is awsome and it is pretty much durable has easy to use buttons. The mp3 player comes as a Bonus...
There is another very good choice, the Sony Erricson 550i or 800i with a 1.3/2 MP camera respectively. This phone has almost all the features as Nokia 7610i but the greatest advantage is the awsome Sound quality. It's a real competition to Apple's I POD in terms of mp3 sound quality. You have 256 MB card inbuilt. Store and play the Music of your Choice.

The N-Series are good phones but they are all so big!!! Nokia 6131 is my suggestion. Small-ish clamshell, feels great in your hand (due to the unique soft touch coating) and has a screen which supports millions of colours as opposed to the usual 262k colour screens! Go for better technology instead of more memory or more megapixels.
