First of all, I am a 54 year old happily married man with two daughters. There is a certain 27 year old girl at work that has been giving me lots of attention lately. I think she has developed some kind of crush on me. I am her manager at a grocery store and she is a cashier. She sorta follows me around like a puppy dog asking me strange questions. She always gives me those bedroom eyes. She is extremely attractive and has huge breasts which she likes everyone to know. She shows lots of cleavage, and I'm sorry to say that sometimes I can't help but look. I sometimes have strong sexual feelings for her which makes me feel creepy because she is young enough to be my daughter. I don't want to hurt her feelings, but the attention she is giving me is starting to make me feel uncomfortable. I would never cheat on my wife, so I don't know what this girl wants from me. She is very sweet and caring. Lots of people like her. How do I tell her to stop the attention without hurting her

You are the manager? Perhaps you should start by reminding her of sexual harasment laws. Maybe direct her to the employee manual for your company. Tell her that kind of attention in the work place is not acceptable and that she needs to stop. You are her boss this subject has no room for sparring her feelings.

Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature constitute sexual harassment when this conduct explicitly or implicitly affects an individual's employment, unreasonably interferes with an individual's work performance, or creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment.

Sexual harassment can occur in a variety of circumstances, including but not limited to the following:

The victim as well as the harasser may be a woman or a man. The victim does not have to be of the opposite sex.
The harasser can be the victim's supervisor, an agent of the employer, a supervisor in another area, a co-worker, or a non-employee.
The victim does not have to be the person harassed but could be anyone affected by the offensive conduct.
Unlawful sexual harassment may occur without economic injury to or discharge of the victim.
The harasser's conduct must be unwelcome.

Did you catch that last sentence.

Ths woman has demonstrated several actions that meet the definition of harassment showing off her breast giving you unwanted bedroom eyes. Drawing attention to her breast.

Prevention is the best tool to eliminate sexual harassment in the workplace. Employers are encouraged to take steps necessary to prevent sexual harassment from occurring. They should clearly communicate to employees that sexual harassment will not be tolerated. They can do so by providing sexual harassment training to their employees and by establishing an effective complaint or grievance process and taking immediate and appropriate action when an employee complains.

Tell her to stop or get fired and be the boss not a friend.

You are a good man. Just writing for help is a desperate attempt to hung to you marriage. But, you are also human. Just tell her that you feel privileged that a woman like her can be attracted to you, but that you love your family and you will never do something to hurt your wife and kids. Be strong and think in the damage you would suffer if the one in that situation were your wife. Besides, if she is a good person, she deserves to live with someone her age and have what you have now., even though she doesn't know it yet. Sometimes we think: "what if?" But in your case that "what if" involves to many people and so much suffering and Is not worth it.

As a manager, you have to set the ground rules.
Her having a crush on you is great, you enjoying it fine too.
Talk about your wife, alot! (nothing sexual.)
Keep in mind her age & that she could be one of those women who like to climb the ladder by sleeping with the boss, then screaming sexual harresment, causing you to lose your job.

first of all, if she is throwing herself at you and flirting with you but knows you are married, she is not the sweet and caring girl you think she is. She is out for herself and uses other people to get what she wants. You don't have to tell her to leave you alone, you need to just ignore her, don't be overly-nice to her, that sort of thing.

I think you need to tell her that you are her boss and that is that, there is no way that you would ever cheat on your wife that you love dearly. so just put she straight and hopefully it should stop..
