im exercising for about 30 mins to an hour
im trying to do this every other day
and im watching out what i eat but i m not feeling hungry also...
im drinking some water
how long will it take for me to give only 2 kilos?

It is possible to lose weight yes, but it depends on how much you weigh atm.

You can eat almost what you want as long as you eat moderatly and continue your exercise, however I believe that exerciing just half an hour or an hour a day is kind of pointless. 1 hour and a half should do it, not including 10 minutes of stretches at the beggining and after. You will look great!

I gained 30 pounds in two months while I stopped eating!!!!!!!!!! I found out I had an underactive thyroid problem. Once that was straightened out with a pill called Cytomel (Synthroid did NOT work!), after 4 months the weight started coming off fast. If nothing else works please go to a thyroid specialist, NOT your family dr!!!!!!!!!!!! Regular drs do NOT know how to read the test results and mine told me I wa fine. My instincts said otherwise and I found a specialist who fixed the problem. In the meantime eat a lot of watermelon. With out salt! It fills you up and lets you lose fast! ALso, keep excersising and walk everywhere!

i am a very skinny 12 year old and i want to be just a tiny bit fatter i eat a lot but butter seems to run off me i am sure you will slim down don't worry about it you just need a diet starving yourself is not exactly going to help it will just give bigger probs so take advice from the skinny girl and i am sure you will be ok stik 2 ur diet and continue exercising if you have a dog walk share your dessert, drink skimmed milk

im 13 and it took me 1 week to loose 2 punds. i drank some water, exercise like only 2 times a week(i hate exercising lol) i started not eating breakfast and lunch. yes i know not healthy, but since im picky when it comes to what i eat and there was nothing good in our frige lol.

so yeah.
