Why I lost my conscious while having first time sex?

Were you having an orgasm. It is possible for women to faint or lose consciousness during a really good orgasm, though I've never experienced this (I wish). It could also be that you have low blood pressure and were not getting enough blood to your brain because it was all in your genitals. Either way it sounds like you were having a pretty good time, but if you don't think you were having an orgasm I would suggest going to the doctor to make sure this isn't something that will threaten your health or life.

According to the reading I have done regarding hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), the brain, when it senses that blood sugar is low, will do sometimes strange things to get the blood sugar (glucose) out of storage and into the blood stream. Adrenaline is one sure way to do this. However, once adrenaline has done its thing, then the result is an increase in insulin. If too much insulin is produced then the blood sugar can go too low, causing, among other things, fainting.

I read the other answers and they may be right. You do have an increase in blood flow during sex (yes females do too). So, maybe your lack of blood flow to your head was more than your head could take. First time, you would not know how to pace yourself either. Did you try again? Did it happen again?

Your second time, you probably learned from your first to take it at a pleasurable pace.
