The college have obviously blocked it for a reason. If you have a legitimate reason for using it, contact your Network Administrator.

for the thousand and oneth time. MESSENGER has been malfunctioning for over a day now. Yahoo is apparently doing somethings to the server. Some times other things are messing up like moving photos from one album to another isn't always going thru either.
its not just your college its all over.
