yes i know germany and japan has presidents. im not sure if lebanon and israel have one, though.

u know that all these countries their PM is more important than the president (ie PM takes decisions for their countries) that's why PM of these countries are famous than their Presidents

Emile Lahoud he is the only one of ur mentioned countrys that has powers

Moshe Katsav is israels but doesnt realy have powers

germany has no president neither does japan
