U can't, the Uk does not have a written consitution in the sense of the American one, it's sources are very diverse.

You can look at our national laws though, which are written - in Acts of Parliament. Type in Acts of Parliament in search engine or go to UK Parliament's homepage.

To he who said:

"The United Kingdom has no constitution, however, the "democratic" government institution of the UK has a code of practise and legislative framework analogous to a constitution. A true democratic organisation, be it a government or a local book club should have a constitution to govern the conduct of its members and subscribers."

You are an idiot. We are a more democratic nation than the US, despite our having a monarch. The current system means that we have more flexibility, and that no government is bound by the actions of it's predecessor. Just because we don't have a written constitution does not mean our government can do stupid things, they would never get approved in both the commons and Lords. Neither does it mean we don't have a constitution. There are also measures in place to prevent misconduct happening.

The British Constitution isn't a document, its the way the british people are and the way we live. Not complaining, standing nicely in line waiting for your turn and the whole "stiff upper lip" thing.

It doesn't exist as a written document. It's made up of common law, precedent and urban myth ;-)
