Yahoo was doing an update earlier some were affected. Got this info from a friend who happens to work with an ISP powered by Yahoo...

i have self belief some different person is conscious ur password and blocked u or yahoo must have expired on u it frequently takes position each sometimes or they have blocked u bcoz of the mails u deliver . (like unsolicited mail)

well there is a defect in the yahoo and they r fixin it
