The problem I think is with your question. 30 days!
But I really am yet to find a determined effort not paying off.
And there are no short cuts in my opinion. Exercise with diet control should help. But your targets should be realistic and you effort continous.
Start afresh, measure your waist size on Day 1 and go for a work out. Do as many repetitions as you can.
Track your progress on a daily basis.
If you miss one day. Make it up the next day by going for a morning and an evening work out.
Surely at the end of 30 days there will be engough difference for you to notice and at the end of 90 days, you will have a new habit and greater look and feel...be determined
I've even seen 700 pounds reducing half in months (Dr.Pill show on TV...available on the net)...

Liposuction would only treat results, not a cause. In the long term you need to change your eating habits and exercise. It takes time but you'll be much better off in terms of health.

well you are not going to be a size 12 in 30 days.. its not about me saying to you that its about eating healthier and exersicing.. yes you have to do them.. but the thing that really works is sticking to it. i was 140 and now im 112 i started in august last year.. you need to keep working at it.. dont give up.. it wont happen in 30 days.. but over time it will happen.. and the whole liposuction thing... not a good idea.. you have to do it the hard way to keep the weight off..

Before you consider liposuction, I'd strongly advise that you do research. There are a lot of things that can happen afterwards that you may not be aware of (i.e. the formation of new fat cells elsewhere in the body where you don't want them due to hormonal changes, etc.).

Get liposuction surgery in India.Cosmetic Surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance.

They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.If you still havent got your surgery done, you are better off getting it done in India.

my cousin got a couple of plastic surgery including tummy tuck and liposuction after previous c sections procedures through the forerunners healthcare in India and is all praise for this company. She is more than very happy with the results.she just paid 30% of the amount she was quoted in USA.hope this helps. i strongly recommend you to check out this company as yours and my cousins history is very similar
