anyone remember wisp in the willow and the name of the characters?

Do you mean Willow The Wisp? It was animated about animals who lived in the woods wasn`t it? Kenneth Williams did the narrating & voices. Sorry tho cos i cant remember the characters names! Emma

It was Willo the Wisp and I've shamelessly cut and pasted from Wikipedia the names of the characters
Willo the Wisp is the name of a British 1980s cartoon series. Kenneth Williams provided voices for all of the characters. These included:
Willo the Wisp, the narrator. A blue floating ghost-like creature, Willo had a long pointed nose which caricatured that of Williams.
Arthur the caterpillar.
Mavis Cruet, a plump fairy with erratic magical powers.
Evil Edna, a witch in the form of a walking, talking television set who could zap people with her aerial.
Carwash, a snooty bespectacled cat.
The Moog, a brainless dog.
Twit, a small bird.
The Beast, who began life as a dim prince before an unfortunate encounter with Edna ended up with his transformation into a hairy shambling creature.

There was a character in willow the wisp called edna and the talking tv thing but i cant remember thats name

In 'Willow the wisp' there was Mavis Cruitt (sp) the fairly, Arthur the catapillar, Evil Edna the Televison, the Beast, Moog, who was a sort of dog and there was a cat, but I don't remember the name.
I still have a 'Wiillow the wisp' duvet cover & pillowcase at my mums, it was a Christmas present, and I remember having it on my bed at a very young age!
There is a version on one of the kids channels on Sky, narrated by James Dreyfus, and Evil Edna is an LCD Flatscreen TV, but it's not a patch on the original!

The cartoon was called willow the wisp, it was voiced by Kenneth Williams, but thats about all I can remember!!

Yes i remember 'willo the wisp'..that was a great cartoon lol...the creepy woods, i can't remember all the characters names though all i remember is evil edna ( the T.V) and kenneth williams did the voice for the ghost i think, there was a dumpy fairy with freckles lol

Oh yes a classic. Evil Edna springs to mind. Kenneth Williams voiced some of the characters thats about as far as my memory stretches though
