i would recommend you see a Doctor to rule out all chronic illnesses, then from there you take a diet & do some exercise that can accomodate your health. best exercise to loose wait is joking 5-10km every second day should do it. i've got a freind he was a bit over weight & he went on a deit which meant he had to stay away from sweet things & fats, he also did exercises as well, after two weeks he collapsed, just to find out he was a diabetic. i hope you succeed in loosing weight, all the best !

OK working out only tones up what you have. To loose weight you have to do cardio. Join the YMCA. Work out on the treadmills and bicycles. Also join in on some of the classes like kick boxing. You will see the pounds roll off. All so they have counselors at the y that can set u up on a program and there is no charge for them to do this. It will cost about 85.00 to join but this fee includes all family members. good luck

No way do you need to lose 20lb! If you lost more than 10lb, you'd be underweight anway. You don't need to lose weight, but if you are feeling self conscious, try toning up for the next couple of months. Try some aerobic boxing or dancing, that will take you down a dress size and just eat well, but no dieting.

i think the gym would be enough.do it atleast 3 days a week.u dont need to lose that much according to your ideal weight but u want to look good for your prom then u should concentrate on toning.do weight traing,situps and treadmill and u will be fine.keep off fast food.u are doing good. eat healthy.eat lots of fruits and veggies. drink lot of water.fit in around 8 glasses.cand dont eat anything after 7pm.

At 5'4" and 120lbs, you are skinny enough. Make sure you are not starving yourself though. If you are not eating enough and working out 2-3 times/week, everything you eat goes directly to fat when your body is in starvation mode. Make sure you are drinking 64 ounces of water/day and drop milk to only 1 cup per day and make sure it is 2% or less.

2-3 days a week should be bumped up to 5-6. Kill all sugar. Milk is high in fat, and sugar (actually). See a doctor if you're still confused.
