1. ) = No. Because he is too slowly.
And the Alien is absolutely poisonous.
2. ) = Yes. Because the new type of Terminator is
more tricky and made of liquid metal

To answer the 1st part of your question: The "Model 101(1st Terminator movie)" would most likely win the fight, Because T101 is a machine and "He Absolutely will not stop". The Alien from the movie would be a living breathing creature, "If it lives and breathes,
It can be Killed"!
To answer the 2nd part: I think it would be the same for the T1000 as for T101, He's a machine-Can't feel pain like u or i

The terminator would keep going untill the death of the alien. And the T-1000 is basically indestructable so it would win hands down.

but in a fight between terminator T-1000 and the alien i bet on T-1000

I think the T100 would stand more of a chance at beating the ALIEN because the T1000 is liquid metal and a drop of that acid alien blood would disrupt its bio workings.
But my mate the PREDATOR would kick both their asses.

The alien would win, it would dissolve the Terminator, with it's acid blood. But since the Terminator would blow up they would both be dead so whatever.
