Hi everybody, I'm trying to insert movie clips that I took with my Sprint camera phone into my power point project. But so far it isn't working. I get the following error message. "The file your are attempting to play has an extension that does not match the format..." So does anybody have any ideas?
I was asked what kind of phone I had - Sprint Sanyo Multimedia
It was suggested that I change the files to aiv or mpeg.
- The file opens only when I switch to all files. I tried right click on the clip also but I ddn't see any options that would help. Can someone give me a step by step process of what can still possibly do?

read help of power point and u can do any thing then on powerpoint which is possible

I'm not sure what file format Powerpoint needs but my video phone captures movies in the .mov format.. or quicktime... which is not compatible with very many programs... you will probably need a video format conversion program... look in your Powerpoint specifications to see what video formats it supports.. and check what format you camera saves... you don't mention.. was it .mov? was it another format? mpeg4? anyway... you can search in yahoo advanced search for "video conversion" to find programs that should meet your needs.

check if it is running in window media player or not, if it runs then it can also open with ppt, use some converters to change the format to avi, mpeg, mpg.
