Unfortunatly, I don't think any of us can answer this. It would be a good idea to see your OB. Good luck.

First and foremost- you should ask your doctor or OBGYN, not Yahoo Answers. I'm not a doctor, and I bet neither are any other person who's answered your question.
Secondly, when you do go to your doctor, ask him to give you a sonogram. I know, you said you're not pregnant- I wasn't when I was 15 and had one. My period would stop for up to 9 months. It turned out that I was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome. (Poly= many, cystic= tiny growths... many tiny growths on the ovaries). ...This is just one of the many possibilities of what may be causing your stopped period. GO TO YOUR DOCTOR.

Have you have a recent weight loss or weight gain. Are you obese? All of the above can effect your horomone levels. It could be a number of things. The best advice is go to the ob/gyn, it could be somthing very simple.

Somrtimes your body does funny things. It depends how old you are. Mine were very irregular when I first started getting them and are still sometimes now, 15 years later. It could be early menopause so it might pay to speak to your mother about her history. It is one of the best indicators. I know there is an overwhelming "Oh my gosh, what's happening" feeling, but it might be nothing. Speak to your doctor if you are very worried.

If you are 100% sure you are not pg then you need to go see a dcotor. if you might be pg you stil need to see a doctor. Depending on your age it could be normal if you are judt starting to have your periods. But the doctor is the best choice. Good luck

Well when i first started my period it came like every 6 months, then it went down to every 3 months, now its every month. Mine took about 2 years to regulate properly. It just has to do with your body. I would talk to your mom about it, maybe she can take you to a doctor if this just started out of nowhere.

TO MUCH OR NOT ENOUGH BLEEDING CAN MEAN THAT YOU MIGHT HAVE SOME KIND OF FEMALE CANCER. MY AUNT HAD HER PERIOD TO LONG ALMOST A MONTH STRAIGHT AND SHE WENT TO THE DOCTOR AND SHE SAID THAT A CANCER WAS STARTING TO FORM. AND THE SIGNS OF IT WERE NOT ENOUGH OR TO MUCH BLEEDING AND ALSO BLOOD CLOTS IN YOUR PERIOD BLOOD CAN LEAD TO A SIGN OF IT TOO. SO IM NOT SAYING THAT YOU HAVE IT BUT YOU NEVER NO I WOULD GO TO THE DOCTOR TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE NOTHINH WRONG AND THAT YOU ARE ABSOLUTLY NOT PREG. HOPE THIS HELPS.

It could be caused by a lot of things like weight loss, insufficient weight, illness, endometriosis. Go to see your gynecologist immediately...or your gp if you can't get in to your gyn.

first, it's in your name i guess...
maybe it's VICTOR....
no period in three months? maybe you're not a GIRL...
hahaha:-)
just kiddin'
for me,
that's just normal...
look at my situation. for 3 mos. my period doen't come, then one whole month, i menstruate...damn! i have to REALLY spend on sanitary nappies & tampoons PLUS panty shields..
i consulted my doctor about it, & she said this is a rare case... especially to girls who have the same experience like mine. (i was the 3rd grade when i first had my period)
this IRREGULARITY is NORMAL (but still, i recommend you to visit ur doc too and get yourself checked)
now that i'm 23 y/o still i don't menstruate regularly :-(
