Rochester NY Average is $3.05 a gallon for regular. This is awful.

I live in the S.F. bay area, so you can imagine the prices. I think the only place in the US more expensive than here is Hawaii.

In New Orleans, LA, regular is in the vicinity of $2.80, medium grade is about $3.00, and premium is at about $ 3.10.
