In my opinion, I don't think any one race is superior in intelligence than any other....but the educational opportunities that some country's people have, make those in third world countries seem less intelligent, and that's a very sad thing in today's world!

There is no such thing as "racial" intelligence. Brains are an attribute of individual humans. Contrary to the stereotype, there are very smart people in Somalia (and in fact, all of Africa), and very dumb people in Japan.
