Spammers usually use automated software to dispatch spams. Some software mask their names/email address (though they can still be traced using the IP address in the email message header) or else they spoof email address so that their spam appears to come from a good source.

I guess yours is in the former category.

You can do one of the following:
1. Ignore the email
2. Add the list to known spammers in outlook or ur email client
3. Use spam bayes software to determine whether an incoming email is spam or not. (It learns either by your training or by your past usage)

But never ever reply to those emails.

what's the message of the email all about?

Known to internet right now is Phishing wherein one tries to steal your information. This usually occurs if there are attachment to an email or you are being routed to site where you need to enter personal information. Before filling out personal information if ever you are routed to a specific site try to check first with concern parties for example: you are routed to your bank site to update your records, call your bank first and verify it with them.

It could be also possible that the a certain individual is affected by a worm virus. These types of viruses spread themselves by mass sending an email with an infected attachment to addresses found in an infected computers address book, local files, etc. The virus hopes the infected emails reach unsuspecting recipients and entice them to open the attachment
thus infecting the recipient's computer. If ever you receive an email with an attachment from an unknown sender, better not open the attachment or scan the email for any viruses prior to opening. Web based email have anti-virus program that will help you do a scan for the email attachment and if you're using a client email, scan the attachment using your antivirus software for the computer. You can also send an abuse report to your email provider so that they can help you with these issues.

... Don't forget to update always your anti-virus program and do a regular scan in your computer....

I just hope that if you are using Outlook that you are going offline before reading any of your emails. That way you are not sending any private info to the sender (that they don't already know).

Don't reply to it as it could only add you to a list of spammers. I get them to, in e-mail adresses that I've never even posted anywhere!
