Due to the vagueness of your question, it's difficult to interpret what you mean. First, you can't delete websites. Only the website administrator has that authority. If you're talking about your favorite links, just right click the link and select 'delete'. If you want prevention against accidentally going to a bad website, get Spyware Doctor. Other than that, I have no idea what your talking about.

When u click on Internet explorer there's a toolbar on top that says File, Edit , View, Favourite , Tools , Help.
Click on Tools , then click Internet options and then click Clear history .

in IE top menu click on HISTORY.it will open a table at left. select your website which want to delet.Right click on it and delete.
You can also search your website address and topic in search option of HISTORY.
