If a qualified company installed the compressor take it back. After installtion it should have been cold. Sounds to me it wasn't charged properly. Or there is a freon leak. You need a qualified person to check this. If your compressor is good you will damage it. Most of your quick oil change places such as jiffy lube will even check it for you for free.

Sounds like you didn't have a good charge of freon to start with...or the mechanic failed to change the orifice..which should have showed up on his pressure readings... best bet...take it to a qualified technician... will cost you more but you will be better off in the long run...

Airconditioners choose ongoing upkeep. if you're uncertain about what to do, ring the corporation rep, and ask for his or her suggestion. Is it ducted or detachable? this can make the alternative to get a specialist to do the preliminary sparkling. Everthing receives sucked into, by, and out back, and that's how germs can breed, and allergens style. no matter if that is purely you who suffers, are you the guy who often succumbs to sneezing and so on.? there are probable irritants that you're extra liable to.

You need to change your accumulator, or the a/c system never had a vaccum put on it before the freon was put in.

yes, sounds like there was a leak somewhere. A good mechanic can find a leak with compression test or a die.

It's very common when ANY work is done on a car AC --- for the freon to leak out.............take it back to the Mechanic........
you'll probably get charged --- I'd argue with Him, though........

Take it back to them. The refrigerant probably has leaked out.
