If you are a citizen of the country you want a visit , you wil not need a visa, but you may pay have to pay for a departure tax.

If you are the citizen of a country then u get free access to it with out the need of a passport. If ur an australian citizen living in England u dont need a VIsa to go to australia

No visa, just proof of citizenship.
A birth certificate or Passport is best. Any other acceptable ID, depends on the country.
