I assume you want to make a short film.
If so, you could do any of the following common ones:
someone being scared by a noise somewhere. The noise turns out to be something trivial or an actual omen of death or trivial then death.
someone lost. that is scary and suspenseful
someone being chased.
Well ... those are the top three ideas.
