My family and I are going to Columbus Ohio for a week on vacation. We are of course, hitting the big sight seeing places, the zoo, cosi, etc. But do you know of any unknown places that would be good for some fun family entertainment?

If you drive about 130 miles north you can go to the Rock and Roll HOF = in Cleveland. Lots of good places to eat up there.
You could drive Northwest to Sandusky and go to Cedar Point which is the best roller coaster place in the U.S.
If you are going to shop while in Cbus go to Polaris Parkway.
You could take a short drive northeast to Sugar Creek = Amish Country. They also have an amish country in Mt Vernon as well Ithink.
You should drive down to OSU campus, there is always a lot to do there even at this time of year.
I'll add more if I think of more.
