I broke out into a terrible rash on my chest, neck, back, and stomach. I asked a pharmacy personnel and he told me, it looked like an allergic reaction to shell fish considering tiny red dots on my skin. Sure enough, I looked on the back label of the suppliment powder, and it said ' allergen warning: fish oil, soy bean, shell fish, ect.. He told me to take benedril every four hour, until it got better. Is this normal for people with sensitve skin and whats another option I can use to make this rash clear up..

you evidently are allergic to some of the ingredients. next time read the labels to sure it doesn't contain any by-products you are allergic to, not only suppliments but food labels also. save yourself some discomfort.

People with sensitive skin has all the problems, yes anything can cause an allergic reaction. That's why it's important to make mental notes on what you are allergic to. Try using calomine lotion too. It will help stop the possiblity of scatching and speading the rash. I hope it clear up soon.

there isnt much else you can do to clear it up w/o a prescription, but it wont take too long for it to go away. if you start to have trouble breathing though get to a hospital (i take it this happened awhile ago though so it probably wont be an issue)

its probably not so much that your skin is sensitive, youre allergic to one of the ingredients of the powder so dont use it again
