Well if you are old enough to ask you are old enough to know the truth , and I'm gonna tell you ! A condom ( male ) is much like a balloon that is all rolled up and sealed "to keep out germs and to protect the rubber from drying out making the condom useless" It is placed onto a errect penis before any sexual contact is made- You place it on the tip , holding the tip in one hand and then rolling it down the length of the penis as far down as it will go.It is used to prevent the transfer of s.t.d.s and to prevent pregnantcy. Although quite efective when used properly for both purposes it is not always 100% . I think that it is 99.999% ( nothing in life is perfect ) when intercourse is over ( after climiax ) immietatlly withdraw errect penis making sure that condom stays on penis and that no seamen has spilled. Now... there are female condoms , which I have not used but understand that they are placed inside a womans vagina and extend well beond the opening , and serve the same porpuse to stop the exchange of ANY fluid between partners. I would suggest that a spericide be used along with condoms- when heteral-sexual acctivity is occurring. You can purchace condoms at any circle-k , 7-11 , drug store/groecie store and many other places that will suprise just about anyone. Don't be shy when buying them>>>THEY MAY SAVE YOUR LIFE<<< always use a new one when ever you have sex>>>always have more than one before you start ( it might get damaged ....) Never take a chance when you pull down your pants!!!!! BTW... Planed parrenthood gives them away free so don't use "i'm broke or poor " as an excusse they will also help explane how to use ect.....and from my own experience sex is ok but it really don't compare to having sex with the one you love and who loves you too ( It's undecribable!!!!!) === SEX WITHOUT LOVE IS KINDA A WASTE OF TIME === Well I hope I helped GOOD LUCK AND BE SAFE!!!

I would agree, you are young, but old enough to have information for making a smart decision. A condom is a peice of rubber that goes on a man's member. It helps in birth control and the spread of sexualy transmitted diseses, allthough it isn't %100 reliable. They break, and the viruses can get through them.
