There is a very high list perhaps you should consult your doctor if you are a diabetic or if you are undertaking a diet your dietian. Sugar can mean many things it can be sucrose or fructose or it can mean carbohydrates. You have to be more clear and tell us a reason. This list could be endless. Pasta, potatoes, bread, cakes, pizza, rice and couscous. Not forgetting of course, cane sugar. All the first seven are carbs and they convert into sugar in your body. So they are sugars. Sorry to be the one to break the bad news.

avoid desert yogurts they have 3 teaspoon fulls of sugar in each small tub.

wholemeal bread can be high also.

you should be under the care of a doc.either he should have you on a prescribed amt of carbodydrates or a cal counted diet with no concentrated sweets.
