Well, I used to drink 3-4 cup of coffee. I've stopped drinking it since my body kept shaking and trembling uncontrollably...

What's wrong with me here? Am I going to DIE?

ok, don't get paranoid, you'll be all right. if you need some advice, here it is: you should go see a doctor, just to make sure you don't have a heart condition, or high blood pressure. if this is the case, you should stop drinking too much cofee, or alternate real coffee with decaff. but just the same, your health might be perfect, only your body could not cope with too large a quantity of cafeine at one time. it's only a matter of quantity: if you drink some alcohol, it's ok, but if you drink too much, you'll get drunk, or you'll get yourself into a coma.

as a releif to your worry, here's a joke: a guy goes to see his doctor and asks: "doctor, is it true that if i don't smoke, i don't drink alcohol, and i don't have sex i will live a hundred years?" the doctor replies: " no, you won't, but they will definitely seem like a hundred years."

and no, you will not die.

I think a 100 cup of anything is not really good for you. Do you think you may be addicted to caffeine? If you think you are, why don't you consider getting some professional help? Why don't you try tapering off the coffee? Drink less and less everyday. I don't mean 100 the first day, 90 the next, 80...etc. Dude, 100 cups in one day will definitely do some major damage to your organs if not kill you! I know I wouldn't want to be in the same zip code as you if you were to consume that much caffeine in one day. Are you trying to find out if this is a good way to commit suicide or something because it's hard to believe that you don't know the answer to this question. Why don't you just drink decaffinated coffee instead?

Did you know that 3-4 cups is less than 20 cups, which in turn is less than 200 cups?

I am glad to hear that you have stopped drinking coffee. I have stopped a few times, then started again - but usually less than 3 cups a day. Pretty stupit of me, eh?

Just drinking 100 cups of any fluid in a day will probably affect your body.

On the other hand, Are you going to die? Yes, no matter what you do. It is just the living that will be more painful if we abuse our body.

Caffeine increases your heart rate. The FDA warns against excessive caffeine intake. There are several risk including high blood pressure, migranes, and heart attack. So if you continue to drink 100 cups, you're on your way out. And, if you stick with 2-3 cups per day, you should be fine. Do things in moderation, like eliminating coffee on the weekends.

ever heard of some caffeine pills called No-Doz? they have a warning on there to not exceed something like, 3 pills per day. that's 3 cups of coffee/day. caffeine eats your stomach lining, which isn't good. i'm sure it ruins your body. i've never heard anything good about coffee except for the boost of energy (short term) and helping with headaches, but causes them if you drink a lot of it everyday and go without one day. you probably would die after drinking 100 cups of coffee in one day. that's insane!!!!!!!

Well, yes we will all die eventually... The shaking is from your body trying to process too much caffeine. 100 cups of any liquid is probably 85 cups too many in one day. Have a good day, don't dwell on dying, it messes up the living....

Obviously too much of anything is a danger.
I used to drink nearly 20 cups of coffee a day for many years.
Lately I cut the quantity on more than half, and feel better.

(YES! FOR THOSE WHO KNOW ME I ADMIT! I'VE CUT THE CUPS OF COFFEE! )
from a Brazilian and coffee lover...! hehehe

Yes, I'd say 100 cups of coffee is probably a bit too much.

And truth be told, we are ALL SURELY GOING TO DIE, one way or the other. ;-) Enjoy life while you can. Bye!

1 cup of coffee per day is already too much, as it's messing with your brains, hearth, and blood pressure. any of which can be fatal, especially after a long term intoxication with cafeine. so... better make up your mind whether you enjoy your coffee so much as to seriously endanger your health and eventually your life.
