Yes, they will. You have to take their schedule and break it in to two seasons - the first 10 games and the last 6. If they go any worse than 7-3 in the first 10, you can probably kiss the playoffs good-bye...however, that 7-3 is a very realistic records (barring any injuries).
Hopefully no fans of the other three teams take this the wrong way (since I'll bring up questions about those teams and try to speak positively about Philly - I think each team finishes 8-8 or better anyway), but no one is without some big ifs.
Washington - the moves they made in the offseason look great on paper, no doubt, but I think expecting Mark Brunell to have as good a season as he did last year is asking a lot at his advanced age. I'm not saying it can't happen, I just think that's a lot to ask. Additionally, I'm not sold on Brandon Lloyd. He strikes me as having "T.O. potential" on a lesser scale - he's used to being the number one guy on a bad San Francisco team. Can he adapt to being the #2 option on a potential playoff team (perhaps only getting half the number of receptions)? They strike me as the best of the other three teams.
New York Giants - I don't really know what to think about these guys. I really didn't think they were as good as their record turned out to be (but you are what you are). I don't think Tiki Barber is a question mark anymore, but Eli is. He was great late in games last year, but seemed overwhelmed every now and then - that's okay, because he's young, so it will be a matter of did Eli improve more than the rest of the teams in the division did? I'm not sure about that. I'm very eager to see how Lavar performs in NY, where he'll likely be given more freedom than under Williams in D.C.
Dallas - T.O. is a great receiver. I just don't think Dallas is good enough. Bledsoe can be a great passer, but that's dependent on the offensive line. His benefit is having a target underneath like Witten. That said, they MUST get a running game. Remember, the Cardinals had a very good defense, great receivers, and a serviceable quarterback last year (Parcells is worth another 3 wins over Denny Green, probably, but that still puts Dallas in that 7-9 win range). IF they protect Bledsoe and IF Marion Barber or Julius Jones can get going, their offense can be very dangerous.
Philadelphia - this is a team that finished 6-10 last year; however, they went 0-6 in the division (unlikely to happen again?), and played their last 7 games without McNabb (who was first injured in Week 1). If you look at Donovan at training camp, he looks like he dropped about 20-25 pounds in the offseason, which suggests to me that his injuries were severe enough last year that he couldn't really work out during the season, so the injuries just piled up. They were able to run the ball at the end of last season missing two O-Lineman and with Ryan Moats instead of Westbrook; I maintain that they CAN run the ball, Andy Reid CHOOSES not to. They may have addressed their biggest weakness last year (non-existent pass rush, which in turn left the CBs exposed) by adding Darren Howard and drafting Broderick Bunkley. Hopefully Howard will dissuade teams from consistently double-teaming Jevon Kearse. Either way, no team wins when they don't get to the QB. And the biggest criticism: wide receiver. The Eagles scored 386 points in 2004 (T.O.'s first year) and 374 points in 2003 - T.O. made them more explosive, but not necessarily more offensive. They also made it to NFC Championship games with a combination of the following receivers: Charles Johnson, Torrence Small, James Thrash, Freddie Mitchell, and Todd Pinkston. This year it's Reggie Brown, Jabar Gaffney, Pinkston, and Greg Lewis. Much better? Probably not, but they've won with comparable players. The difference is their defense was much better.
The bottom line: any of these 4 teams could win the division (and I think the 2nd place team grabs a wild card), but no one knows who it will be yet. Remember, at this time last year, the Eagles, Vikings, Falcons and Panthers were the 4 favorites to make the Super Bowl...and we see how that worked out.

I stay in Houston and attend all UH abode video games as i'm an alumnus of UH...i will say that if Kolb studies the professionals like he did college be prepared for some large starting to be pains with the playoffs a dream for most years. the purely draw back to the guy is he truly likes the chuck and pray throw even as he's less than pressure and with that line that did not take care of a cellular QB i truly do not imagine him feeling all that look after decrease back there. except Kolb though, I nevertheless won't be able to see them triumphing the branch yet because as a lot because it pains me Dallas (that is a family individuals ingredient) and NYG () are both nevertheless extra finished communities. On a plus be conscious, Shannahan and his ego look ripping aside the Redskins (clone of he did in Denver) so that you mustn't even come on the fringe of competing for very last.

I don't think so. They'll certinatly do better than last year, but with Manning maturing, gaps filled and a strong running game, I see the Giants taking your division, and maybe you coming third to Washington (who can possibly be a wild card team)
For me, the main problem is options in the passing game for you, and McNabb getting to the stage where he's beginning to age. The lines, and parts of the secondary look good though, not to mention Akers for your kicking game.

It will be tough. McNabb healthy makes them better, but every other division team got a WHOLE lot better in the off-season. In 2000-2004, NFC East teams were seriously flawed and the Eagles easiy dominated.
