You should be more specific as to what makes you think this. Has she changed a whole lot since you got married, since she got pregnant, since she had baby boy?
Another thing, she could be depressed.... post partum depression can do this sort of thing.
Also, a lot of new fathers feel "left out" or neglected when a child comes. A mother thinks the best thing she can do for her husband is love and take care of his children, thus, she can tend to forget or ignore the husband unintentionally.
The best thing to do is to set aside one night a week where it's just the two of you alone and take her out on a date! Go to dinner, a movie, hiking, a walk while holding hands, relaxing and fun stuff like this where you can re-court each other.
Sometimes surprise her with flowers, pay her compliments, do the dishes or the laundry once in a while, ask her how she's feeling, offer a foot rub or back rub.
If you really want to keep her, delve into her female brain and figure out what she wants most and you may be surprised at how simple and easy it really is.
Another very important thing: Ask her!
Then, say I love you everytime you say goodbye and give a kiss. It's sweet. We do it every single time and believe me, it's what's helped keep us together!
Good luck!

Its nothing special, It happens, You were only two person before you got child. Now she have to play two roles at same time. So many responsibilities. But, If you definitely feel that thing from the deep just discuss with her about all you think. But, I prefer just let it go for some time. She must realize what you are thinking.

Sit down with her and talk it all out. Tell her exactly how you feel. Communication is the key to a better relationship. Good luck!

When a woman has a child, she becomes a mother.
It could be that she focuses more on the child than you, that's only normal.
You need to talk to her & tell her how you feel.

Maybe you should sit down and have a talk with her. Maybe you are going in different directions. You could suggest counseling.

TRYING SITTING DOWN WITH YOUR WIFE AND TALKING WITH HER. TELL HER WHATS GOING ON IN YOUR MIND, AND GET HER TO TELL YOU WHAT IS GOING ON IN HERS, MAYBE THEN YOU CAN UNDERSTAND EACH OTHER BETTER AND WORK TOWARDS GETTING YOUR MARRIAGE BACK ON TRACK.
