A question also does the job of extracting intelligent or thougth provoking answers.They should have an option for choosing the best question,i guess then some rubbish stuff they re asking now in yahoo would be automatically reduced to meaningful real questions.

Protocol. It's so that nobody will think their question is pathetic or stupid. And besides, of the millions of questions asked each day, you tell me what kind of life-less idiot is going to have the time to sift through them all.
