Some it is yes. Technology as in game consoles are limiting the capabilities for many addicted children, when could using that valuable time educating themselves or learning something useful.
We are in a generation where entertainment is dominating education.
Others though are using their brains so I suppose it balances itself (I hope)out but just think how much knowledge would be gained if our rugrats spent all those hours learning rather than twiddling their thumbs around a joystick.

It has to be, in looking at the way people were absolutely freaking out over Yahoo problems yesterday. People barely know how to relax any more, we have to have cell phones on at all times, DVD players in our cars...heaven forbid if the kids aren't being entertained every second. What ever happened to good ol' conversation? Reading a book for fun? Sitting and watching the grass grow? No wonder everyone is so stressed out! Guess I needed to vent on this one....Ha! I think technology is creating a generation that is even further away from nature and natural life than the previous one. In itself that should not be a disaster, but in case of an emergency those people could not take care of themselves anymore.
