I agree, its a total waste of money. I don't see why the USA gives any country anything. It just seems a waste.

As for the war on terror? Its really a very recent lie so how about the past 70 years?

doesnt it remind u of how iran helps hizballah. Dont u think america is doing the same thing but instead of 250 mil a year like hizballah they give tem 3 bil. Cant they give that money to a country that is 45 bil in debt or even the people in africa who would love to see money. Also a country that has spent 125 bil on a war in iraq to "help" people they dont have ties with cant be able to evacuate people without making them pay.

We give financial aid to many countries. A certain % of foreign aid must be used to buy American made products, goods, services, etc. Currently Israel receives the most, however they are the only country to legislate a plan to be completely off US aid in 10yrs. When will other countries start doing the same?

Not really, when you consider that we also send $ to Palestinians for humanitarian aid, which mostly goes to make bombs that murder women and babies eating breakfast or riding a bus!!!
