More than likely, but it would really depend on who the Warner Brothers studio execs green lit to write the movie. *Warner Bros. owns DC Comics indirectly through their AOL-TimeWarner Four Headed Monster Corporation Synergy. *
I wouldnt really care who they casted per say, unless it was something REALLY foolish like Jack Black as member of the Green Lantern Corp, Nic Cage as Superman, Dane Cook as The Batman, or J-Lo as Wonder Woman.... Obviously then I would have to surmise that the movie was just another corporate stunt in an attempt to bring in wads of quick cash with trainwreck publicity like that.
Personally, I think they should just return to doing the cartoons.... if not for the Cartoon Network, maybe they could punch them up a bit with more mature themes and release them under the Cartoon Network's Adult Swim block. The majority of JLU's audience werent children anyways.
I can understand why the execs pulled the plug on the JL/JLU, but it still doesnt make any sense to me. Give the audience credit for understanding that a movie's narrative flow and a TV's formula/narrative flow will be different. Most of us understand that, and arent confused by any story changes that may occur for the sake of story telling convienance in the movies.
Hell, I'd be happy if they just produced one Bruce Timm/Paul Dini written/directed cartoon movie every 18 or 20 months and put them straight on DVD. I'd gladly give up 20 or 30 bucks on the spot.... unless its like Brainac Attacks. *ugh*

Short answer: Absolutely!
Long answer:
Your question is, unfortunately, flawed. Justice League is a DC property, while the recent flood of superhero movies has been a mix of DC and Marvel, plus a few extras, with Marvel characters dominating.
I could see them making a Justice League movie, and it could be very good, but the only major DC characters in recent movies have been Superman and Batman, and both are essentially solo players, although both have been associated with the JL. If a few more DC characters found their way to the big screen, then a JL movie might be more likely. Put out movies for Green Lantern and the Flash, and the prospect becomes more likely.
The Marvel alternative would be the Avengers, which is also a difficult one, since almost none of the historical Avengers members have shown up on the big screen in recent years. The one exception I recall in Hank McCoy (Beast) in X3, and as portrayed in that flick, he would be unlikely to join a super team like the Avengers. (He did in the comics, but not for long.)

why not I watched -cat woman -daredevil -superman - fantastic four - batman - X-men-spiderman...........that idea about past superheroes is a good idea , the new superheroes can't save the world so the old ones come out of retirement for one last mission, and it could be a cross over movie with people from the different comic book world ex: wonderwoman - spiderman -
