I lost touch with this really great guy I knew back in high School. We haven't spoken in 5 years. I found him a few days ago and we've been talking non stop, it's so great. I wish we hadn't lost those 5 years, but I'm so glad I was lucky enough to find him again.

Yes! I was pen-pals with a guy in the Navy,thru "Operation Dear
Abby". We had alot in common,exchanged photos,sent each other little gifts and actually got to meet in person.I really liked
him and we kept in touch for a long time.Then,he was shipped out to Iceland.I got to speak with him before he left,and that was it.
I've often wondered where he is and if he's alright,etc.

an old boyfriend died and that i got here upon out he were unwell for a lengthy time period. I want i'd have helped him get through that section, however it changed into his determination to lose contact. so no, i did not experience responsible. I felt sorry he lost his existence and left 2 youthful toddlers in the back of.

ya.old school pals.it just happens.u drift apart.there can be many reasons and there can be none.v all landed up in different classes.v met sometimes but then v met less and less.one of them changed school.other i never saw after school ended.when you lost touch maybe u also had yuor reasons.after 5 years u obviously have a lot to talk about.maybe if and when i meet them i will too.good luck to u.u made me remember them after a long time.thanx.

I have lost touch with people from my past i wish i didnt, some well one i had strong feelings for, when i found him again it was too late. Bite the bullet and dont let them get away in the first place

At least it wasn't for my reason. I lost my first true friend and best friend. We were friends in the second and third grade. Then in the fourth grade we were in different classes. We were still friends but not so close. In the fifth grade she barely even spoke to me. Now I moved to the other side of the country and don't know how to contact her. Her name is Cindy Reyes. Her family's from Columbia. I miss playing hand games with her and tag at recess. At least we were in the school play together in the fourth grade. A true friendship that'll last forever is too hard to find. It's like you have 1 in 1000 chances of having a bffl(best friend for life). Keep your friends and be loyal to them and treat them nicely too. Losing a friendship brakes your heart and haunts you for the rest of your life.

Yes, I knew this great chick when we were teens and we were great friends and always liked to be with each other, like soulmates. We lost touch. We both moved on. At one time, we were really close, intimate, but now we are like strangers.

I've lost touch with a few good friends that I've had. We tried to keep up with one another but eventually stopped.
I find myself missing the good times that we had especially when something reminds me of that time.
