All of the others are good routes to take, but one thing to keep in mind is that all areas of the country/world will have (local) variations of the rules. The rules will give the basics, then go play and learn the game!

why not get it free? search google for an e-book that you can download, and then open on Adobe Reader. once on there, you can just print it off
