If you have been offered more money consider it but be aware that most qualifications from india are not recognised and you may be asked to retrain, or in some cases completely redo degrees. But other than its a lovely place to live. You may get flak if you can't speak english well but from frustration not actual malice. Its easy to be misunderstood if you can't communicate. Most people are tolerant and supportive. Yet like in every country you can't get away from the idiots.

Long as the offereing employer is taking the pain of getting your immigration stuff done...take it. I agree with Mark, it does widen your perspective and your horizons. Besides it's a good place to live they say!!
