maybe the diet is wrong..u don't take enough vitamins and minerals..or u exercise more than u can handle..

What do you mean by tired?
Are you tired of the diet and exercise program or are you physically exhausted?
If you're physically exhausted, then you need to adjust your diet AND your exercise program. Without knowing what you eat and what your program consists of, it's really impossible to answer your Q.
