I have only ever REALLY hated two people. Both very diff people and in very diff circumstances but ultimately because both of them were incrediblly selfish. One is dead now. The other not. When the first one died I thought long and hard about how i felt as great misfortune had fallen on him but I decided that did not negate the things he had done. I do however feel sorry for him and I think that is what I would say to him if I could.

The other person, I like to think I would walk past her if she was in the gutter. In fact, I think I prob would. There is nothing to say to her. she knows I hate her.

So perhaps it depends who you hate and why as to what you would say.

Best to stay with how you feel around them ...maybe somehing like ...I have a problem with how I feel when I am around you ..in my opinion its best if I am no longer in your company until I can change how I feel .............then state an action that may have caused this ..like for instance ...when you shouted at your dog I felt you were unreasonable and nastyto an animal who could not defend itself...see what Im saying ..you can hate a persons actions and I think that is what you are saying

specifically situations i think of maximum adult men are sociopaths by capacity of lady standards. Or, in evaluation, extremely autistic (no offense to human beings plagued by autism). like the guy who pronounced: "I commonly attempt to no longer get to emotional approximately issues, its purely a buzz kill in my ideas." pal became basically being straightforward. Empathy is extra discovered than we expect of. Ever considered a toddler pull an animal's tail? Or giggle whilst she pushes yet another baby around, because of the fact she`s made some form of effect and have been given a reaction? i think of relatively some adult men by no capacity improve out of that. it extremely is tougher to realize traditionally male objectives once you're empathetic. They get punished for it. reason they socialise themselves, with their %.-ideas.

i speak my mind. everyone ALWAYS knows where they stand with me... good or bad! some people dislike me because of this. one thing is always certain, no one ever has to wonder how i feel about them... or the issue at hand. i don't live with the guilt of repressed feelings either. *LOL* i have one step-daughter that everyone thinks is my own child because she's EXACTLY like me in this department... even her own mother recognizes that *evil grin* (oh, i've been raising this child for 5 years... she's 19 and in college now... i think i got her in her formative years :)

Hate is not something that I use very often- I hate injustice and intolerance things mostly- not people. I would say this to them , " JESUS LOVES YOU - I HATE YOU!!!" - " JUST THOUGHT I"D LET YA KNOW.....HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY!!!" and then let it go and forgive them and move on with my life.

ive already done it when they found me on myspace and tried to msg me. i told them if i had had the chance i would of never of met them and if i ever see them again i will run them over with my car. it was years ago.. get over it. i have. damn asshole exs. lol

I'd tell them how I felt when they did such things and if they don't get that then they are heartless and cold & I'd tell them that.
